At LYBA, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are custom-made, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.

🔁 Return Policy

As all products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • The wrong item was sent

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days after approval.

❌ No Refunds In These Cases:

  • Incorrect name/spelling provided by customer
  • Wrong product/variant chosen
  • Order refused or not accepted upon delivery
  • Minor color/size variations due to screen or manual measurements
